The owners of this much-loved period villa in central Devonport wanted to unlock its potential, creating a stronger connection between the main living spaces and the beautifully landscaped pool area. Trinity developed a new spatial layout that opened up the kitchen, dining, living and conservatory, creating a more natural flow between the interior and outdoors.
The project evolved into a complete renovation throughout the home, with the new layout providing the foundation for a more functional and cohesive family residence. Careful attention was given to the character of the original villa, while introducing contemporary elements and considered detailing to suit the way the clients live today.
