Our US-based clients recently acquired this exceptional waterfront property featuring an existing modern home originally conceived as a lodge. With the brief evolving toward a more private, family-focused residence, our role has been to reimagine key spaces while elevating the overall interior through a comprehensive review of layout, finishes, fittings and furnishings.

Engaged via referral, we have worked closely with our clients to assemble and coordinate the wider project team, managing both design and delivery while they remain largely offshore. This approach provides clarity, continuity and confidence throughout every stage of the project.

Completion scheduled for March 2027.

For this waterfront Brisbane residence currently under construction, we have reconnected with our Australian-based clients following our previous collaboration on their Closeburn Estate home on the shores of Lake Wakatipu. That project established a strong design relationship and a deep understanding of how they live and what they value within their homes.

Our role is to curate the feature lighting and furnish the interiors, building on the success of the bespoke pieces designed for Closeburn while introducing a carefully considered mix of custom furniture and leading Australian brands.

Positioned at the end of a long, tree-lined driveway, this gracious two-level bungalow sits within an established landscaped setting complete with a tennis court, pool and pool house.

With the exterior works complete, the focus has shifted to a comprehensive interior renovation that better supports the evolving lifestyle of our clients and their extended family. Having lived in the home for many years, they brought a clear understanding of how the spaces functioned while remaining open to a fresh perspective.

Working closely with the architect and builder, the new design direction reconsiders the layout, unlocks underutilised areas and creates a more cohesive flow throughout the home.

With the architectural interior selections established, Trinity has been engaged to curate a layered and refined interior experience that responds to the surrounding landscape while offering a sense of quiet luxury and retreat.

A carefully considered mix of bespoke pieces and furnishings sourced from leading design houses will bring depth, warmth and individuality to each space, while curated lighting, artwork and tableware complete the experience.

This substantial renovation will transform the existing property into a refined single-level family home, positioned on a generous flat site within walking distance of the beach.

Having lived in the home for several years, our clients brought a clear understanding of how they wanted the home to function for family life with teenage children. The Nick Rowe design responds beautifully both visually and practically, while our role is to guide the interior design, finishes and furnishing selections to ensure every decision is carefully considered and cohesively resolved.

Situated in a prime beachfront position, this two-level residence has been designed to reflect our clients’ vibrant personalities, love of travel and passion for entertaining. Natural stone and cedar cladding wrap around a Mediterranean-inspired central pool courtyard, creating a strong connection between architecture and landscape.

The interiors will balance warmth and sophistication, layering rich colour, texture and carefully curated furnishings to create moments of glamour throughout the home.

Working alongside Julian Guthrie on a home originally designed over 20 years ago, this extensive beachfront renovation reimagines the residence for the next generation of family living. While the architectural integrity of the home remains intact, the interior transformation will introduce a refined new aesthetic and a more contemporary sense of livability.

Subtle adjustments to the floorplan and a complete interior overhaul will create a distinctly different experience while respecting the enduring character of the original design.

In collaboration with Ze Build, this project reimagines an existing single-level residence on a picturesque lifestyle block through a refined extension and comprehensive redesign. The new direction strengthens the home’s connection to the landscape while balancing contemporary living with relaxed rural character.

The project also includes extensive landscaping, a pool and croquet pitch designed for effortless entertaining and long summer gatherings. Inspired by our clients’ strong sense of individuality, the interiors will feel highly personal, layered and considered.

Referred to us by the owners of the Takapuna House completed last year, these new clients have entrusted Trinity with the full interior direction for this expansive three-level family residence overlooking the Hauraki Gulf.

Designed around a sheltered central courtyard, the home is anchored by a pool that forms the heart of family life and entertaining. Every aspect of the design responds to the surrounding outlook, creating a seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor living through refined detailing and natural materiality.
