Trinity was privileged to work with our clients to renovate their 1930’s, 2 storey, brick family home that sits elevated under a canopy of large native trees. Sayes Jackson Architects was engaged to reconfigure the ground floor layout to create a multi-use room to accommodate a study/kids playroom/guest room, add a new bathroom and laundry and an ensuite and extra large walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom.
As well as accommodating a family of 5, their home also needed to cater for our client’s love to entertain both intimate and large gatherings. They also embrace colour, and our brief was to create spaces that would ‘delight and surprise’ their guests.
