This magnificent home, designed by Mason & Wales and constructed by Triple Star Management, sits perched above Lake Wakitipu in the exclusive Closeburn Station located in Queenstown, Central Otago.

Designed in pavilions, for an Australian-based family as their NZ holiday escape, it comprises of six bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, including a substantial master wing, together with cleverly designed indoor and outdoor living areas each providing spectacular views of the lake or mountain scape.

From a builder’s perspective, we couldn’t have wanted more as Trinity provided a full schedule of materials and finishes plus also produced construction details when required to keep pace with work on-site.
